Celebrating Yoga Day 2025: A Moment of Peace and Wellness
Though the official International Yoga Day falls on June 21, at Kaviyattu College of Education, we celebrated this rejuvenating occasion a day earlier, on June 20, 2025, with great enthusiasm and inner calm. The program began with an insightful introduction by Preethi ma’am, who highlighted the immense benefits of yoga in our daily lives. She emphasized how yoga not only strengthens the body but also nourishes the mind, helping us manage stress and maintain balance in today’s fast-paced world. This year’s session was made more special by the fact that our instructor was none other than our dear peer Shainy, who gracefully stepped in as our regular yoga teacher couldn’t attend due to a personal loss. Shainy's calm presence and clear guidance created a comforting and inspiring atmosphere.
