School Induction - Day 5

 Day 5 was last day of our induction programme. It was on 30th September 2024. School youth festival started on that day. We reached school at 9.30 am. We arranged students in appropriate seats. The programme were held on two stages, stage 1 and stage 2. We really enjoyed the school art festival after a long time. Students are actively participated in all programmes . All performance was outstanding, making it challenging for judges to decide. The first day of youth festival and last day of our induction programme ended at 5. Pm .  We thanked every teacher for their support and cooperation. The school Induction programme came to a successful close on this day, it was a memorable one in our B.ed journey.

School Induction - Day 4

 On our 4th day, we reached school at 9.20 am. As usual after prayer, we signed our register and went to our room. Later we collected data regarding lab, drinking water facility, laboratory etc. In this day I got an opportunity for class observation conducted by Pramod sir. He also shared his teaching experience to me. It was my second class observation. After lunch break we went to LP section, play ground and staff rooms for taking pictures.  After National Anthem school closed at 3.30 pm. We signed our register and went to our home.

School Induction Day - 3

We reached school at 9.18 am. After the second bell , prayer sang by girl students. On that day the prayer was on sanskrit language. After signing the register we went to our school and discussed about the data we collected. Third day also we get an opportunity for class management. On this day I got an opportunity to class observation, the class conducted by Babitha teacher. After the class she shared her B.ed experience and first school experience.  As usual at 3.30 pm, after signing the register in HM's office we went to respective homes.

School Induction - Day 2

 On second day, we reached school at 9.15 am. Bell was at 9.30 followed by prayer. We signed our register at headmaster's office, and we met school HM and get permission to collect datas and photos related to school. We met faculties of the school and collected some information. We get a class management opportunity at second day also.  After lunch break, we go to take some pictures regarding school environment which are needed for the report. At 3.30 pm school closed. After signing the register we went to our home. 

School Induction - Day 1

 As a part of B.ed programme, we got 5 day school Induction programme. We are 5 students from different options were advised to visit G.H.S Avanavanchery.       Our first day was on 24th September 2024. On this day we arrived school at 9.00 am and first bell rang at 9.15 am. How ever, the school HM was absent, Ms. Leena Sreenivasan, the hindi teacher took charge. She assigned us the responsibility of monitoring class. This was my first experience in class monitoring, and I was quite nervous.  After 4th period  students and teachers took a lunch break. Teachers served the mid day meal to students and we joined them in serving. Lunch break is 45 minutes .  During my class monitoring experience, I observed students engaging with their peers. Despite initial nerves , I gained confidence in managing the class room. This experience has prepared me for future teaching responsibilities.

"Onam, the iconic harvest festival of Kerala, is a joyous celebration of culture and unity. Every year, Malayalis come together to commemorate this special occasion. Our college celebrated Onam on September 12th, and it was a spectacular event. The festivities began with the traditional Pookalam-making, where students showcased their artistic skills. Clad in traditional attire, students added elegance to the celebration, participating in various events:  -Thiruvathirakali - Kaikottikali - Mixed dance - Onam songs The excitement continued with thrilling games: - Uriyadi - Vadam Vali The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the Onam Sadya, featuring an array of delicious curries and two types of payasam. After savoring the feast, we concluded the celebration by wishing our teachers and friends a Happy Onam. This year's Onam celebration was truly unforgettable. We're grateful for the opportunity to experience this vibrant festival together.

"Recently, we celebrated our vibrant Arts Day, named 'Rangde,' showcasing our diverse talents. The festivities commenced with an inaugural ceremony, followed by an array of mesmerizing performances. Every student from the junior class took to the stage, showcasing their skills in various art forms. The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the mixed dance performance, which was both enjoyable and hilarious "It was our college's inaugural Arts Day, and we feel truly grateful to have been a part of this vibrant celebration of art.

September 5th is special day dedicated to teachers who shape our minds and future. Today we honor their efforts, patience, and passion for education and inspiring us. "Our Freshers' Day and Teachers' Day celebrations were conducted together. The morning session was dedicated to honoring our teachers, while the afternoon session focused on Freshers' Day. We organized numerous fun activities for our teachers, who thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They praised us for providing such an enjoyable experience, with many sharing that it was their first such occasion in their teaching career. "The afternoon session was dedicated to Freshers' Day, where our seniors welcomed us in a humorous way. They organized numerous funny activities for us, making it a truly enjoyable experience."
