School Induction - Day 1

 As a part of B.ed programme, we got 5 day school Induction programme. We are 5 students from different options were advised to visit G.H.S Avanavanchery.

      Our first day was on 24th September 2024. On this day we arrived school at 9.00 am and first bell rang at 9.15 am. How ever, the school HM was absent, Ms. Leena Sreenivasan, the hindi teacher took charge. She assigned us the responsibility of monitoring class. This was my first experience in class monitoring, and I was quite nervous. 

After 4th period  students and teachers took a lunch break. Teachers served the mid day meal to students and we joined them in serving. Lunch break is 45 minutes . 

During my class monitoring experience, I observed students engaging with their peers. Despite initial nerves , I gained confidence in managing the class room. This experience has prepared me for future teaching responsibilities.

B.Ed college experience

 "The Beginning of a New Journey: My First Few Days at B.Ed College" Starting my B.Ed journey was filled with   excitement, curiosity and nervousness. Our college is situated in a hillyarea🏞️. The natural view from our college is really beautiful.                Our college name is Kaviyattu College of Education and I've chosen to purse a B.Ed degree in Mathematics. College campus  On the first day, we had an orientation session where we got to familiarize ourselves with faculty and fellow students🤝. Chalk Dust and Turning Pages: My Teaching Practice Journey

 As per bed curriculum, we the student of Kaviyattu College OF Education, are embarking on a teaching practice journey to boost our skill and translate theoretical knowledge into practical experience. First week experience   Day 01   Today 14/07/2025 marked the beginning of my teaching practice.We arrived at school at 9.00 The senior teacher arranged our seating and received time table During the third period there was no teacher in class 8E, so I was assigned to substitute for that teacher. I introduced myself to the student, later they introduced themselves to me. I managed the classroom very well. Following the 4th period, there was a lunch break in school and we also joined to serve free meal to students. After lunch break we worked on our lesson plan and prepared my first class.
